Unit Sizes and Features

Unit sizes are nominal. Actual interior dimensions will be slightly smaller.

• 8' x 10' Unit has a 6' wide by 8' tall door. About enough space for 1 room of furniture. $40 per month.
• 10' x 15' Unit has a 9' wide by 8' tall door. About enough space for 1 or 2 rooms of furniture and boxes.  $50 per month.
• 10' x 20' Unit has a 9' wide by 8' tall door. About enough space for a car, 1 or 2  rooms of furniture or boxes. $65 per month.
• 10' x 25' Unit has a 9' wide by 8' tall door. About enough space for a car, some furniture and boxes. $75 per month.
• 11' x 25' Unit has a 10' wide by 10' tall door. Interior Lighting and receptacle*. $85 per month.
• 11' x 30' Unit has a 10' wide by 10' or 12' tall door. Interior Lighting and receptacle*. $105 per month.
• 13' x 50' Unit has 11' wide by 14' tall doors. Interior Lighting and receptacle*. $185 per month.
• 13' x 55' Unit has 11' wide by 14' tall doors. Drive-in drive-out. Interior Lighting and receptacle*. $195 per month.

Security (damage) deposit required. Minimum first payment of one full months rent and deposit required prior to occupying a unit. First payment may also include a prorated amount if moving in any time other than the beginning of the month.
